Post-16 The aim is to help the players and athletes to manage their growing body and therefore muscle by providing tailored programs to follow alongside a weekly in person session on the pitch.

With this pack, your four weekly check-in (included in your monthly subscription) will be a gym training session with one of our practitioners.
