Foundation Development Phase
Football

In this phase, we are focusing on:
- Introduction to Football IQ, technical and ABC's trainings. 
- Introduction to Strength Training & Conditioning trainings.
The aim is to introduce the key foundation for the players and athletes.

Youth Development Phase 
Football

In this phase, we are focusing on:
- Consolidate the Football IQ, technical and abs's trainings. 
- Consolidate the Strength Training & Conditioning trainings.
The aim is to prepare the players and athletes to manage the transition in between the foundation and professional phases.

Professional Development Phase
Football 

In this phase, we are focusing on reinforcing the work done in the foundation and youth phase. The aim is to help the players and athletes to manage their growing body and therefore muscle by providing a tailored programs to follow alongside a weekly in person session on the pitch.
